Senior Vice President Business Development
Global Executive Recruiters is seeking a high-impact VP/SVP of Business Development to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the BFSI vertical. This leader will own the full sales lifecycle, building pipeline, developing executive relationships, and closing complex outsourcing engagements across Customer Experience and Back Office solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for BFSI (banking/FinTech) growth
Identify, pursue, and close enterprise BPO/CX opportunities (new logos + expansion)
Lead consultative sales cycles and position CX outcomes (cost, NPS, compliance, efficiency)
Partner with solutions, operations, and delivery teams to build winning proposals
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across C-suite stakeholders
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance against targets
Qualification
Required
Must come directly from the BPO CX industry, selling customer service, sales, fraud, RCM, back-office, etc. with a proven track record selling outsourcing solutions
Ideal candidates will come from top-tier providers such as Sutherland, Teleperformance, Alorica, Foundever, Accenture, Cognizant, Genpact, Sutherland, and or similar
