Manage workstreams including requirements gathering and risk assessment
Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams
Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly
Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope
Develop recommendations that translate into a course of action
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and managing the ML life-cycle
Ability to communicate effectively across a wide variety of functions, stakeholders, and organizational levels
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and follow up on tasks and inquiries on behalf of engineering teams
