Lead the full preconstruction and estimating process for multimillion-dollar custom builds
Develop detailed budgets, conceptual estimates, and value engineering strategies
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and ownership to align vision with cost
Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates
Evaluate subcontractor bids and build relationships with top-tier trade partners
Partner with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in luxury residential and boutique commercial projects
Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar custom builds
Ability to develop detailed budgets and conceptual estimates
Experience in value engineering strategies
Strong collaboration skills with architects, consultants, and ownership
Ability to analyze plans, specs, and site conditions for accurate estimates
Experience evaluating subcontractor bids
Ability to build relationships with top-tier trade partners
Experience partnering with project managers for smooth transitions from estimating to execution
