Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Home Office roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal ATS tools, and professional networks. Apply Boolean search techniques to identify qualified, hard-to-find talent

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple corporate requisitions simultaneously, ensuring consistent flow of qualified candidates aligned to role requirements

Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and ATS workflows. Support reporting needs related to sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outreach effectiveness

Monitor sourcing performance and hiring trends, providing insights to recruiters on talent availability, role competitiveness, and sourcing effectiveness

Partner closely with Corporate Recruiters to align on role profiles, sourcing priorities, and candidate feedback, adjusting strategies as needed

Conduct professional outreach to passive candidates, manage follow-up communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process

Follow established recruiting workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements while operating within defined sourcing priorities
