Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or building issues to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
Support facility inspections and preventative maintenance schedules
Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure compliance with state, local, and cannabis industry regulations
Assist with installation, calibration, and upkeep of production and processing equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Respond promptly to urgent repair requests or equipment failures
Collaborate with lab and production teams to ensure facilities meet operational needs
Help maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and security
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred
2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related role (manufacturing environment preferred)
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of facility and equipment issues
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and documentation
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices; knowledge of OSHA standards a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies when needed
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which includes a pre-employment background check
Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID card
Preferred
Experience in the cannabis industry or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
