Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations through an exciting period of growth and transition following a recent acquisition. This role oversees HR functions for 750+ employees across St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical group, ensuring all systems, processes, and policies are aligned, compliant, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities

Driving organizational alignment during the transition period

Understanding the labor metrics so that we can right size staff at the facility. This will include working closely with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to get positions filled and expediting the onboarding process

Partnering with leadership to implement effective leadership development and engagement initiatives

Formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships

Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs

Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes
