They are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead a large-scale Workday Financials implementation, overseeing the program from kickoff through go-live and working closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Leading the full Workday Financials implementation lifecycle
Translating finance business requirements into executable system delivery plans
Governing and holding a third-party system integrator accountable for design quality and delivery outcomes
Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
Managing program plans, milestones, dependencies, scope, budget, and risks
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience delivering enterprise finance or ERP systems
At least two end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
Progressive career background starting in finance, accounting, or finance systems roles before moving into program leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available
