Responsibilities
Handling litigation before courts and relevant administrative bodies
Managing all facets of litigation, from research, discovery, and motions practice to regularly appearing in court
Assisting with contracts and providing advice and risk analysis concerning the applicability of and compliance with federal and state statutes, regulations, and contracts that may impact agency programs, policy operations, or spending activities
Qualification
Required
Significant experience with all facets of litigation, from research, discovery, motions practice to regularly appearing in court
Handling litigation before courts and relevant administrative bodies
Assisting with contracts
Providing advice and risk analysis concerning the applicability of and compliance with all federal and state statutes, regulations, and contracts that may impact agency programs, policy operations or spending activities
