Responsibilities
Perform complex general ledger close activities, including account reconciliations, variance analyses, and preparation of manual journal entries
Prepare advanced financial schedules and management reports; analyze trends and identify process or reporting improvements
Oversee and prepare bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
Partner with finance, treasury, and accounting leadership on strategic initiatives, system enhancements (ORACLE transition), internal controls/SOX implementation and special projects
Perform technical accounting research and propose solutions
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, explanations, and documentation
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation opportunities, and best-practice implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguous, complex projects
Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience with Workday or Oracle is a plus
