Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and analyzing cases involving non-compete violations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Support the legal team by going through trial and mediation documents related to ongoing court cases
Help revise and update company documents, including policies, standard operating procedures and the employee handbook by researching applicable laws, ensuring compliance, and drafting clear policy language
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and policies
Qualification
Required
Current student graduating between May 2027 – December 2028
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure and work independently in an effective and positive manner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative thinker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
Preferred
Considering law school is a plus
