Provide exceptional service by responding to member needs in person, via phone, or email with a friendly and professional demeanor
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
Address and resolve member concerns or complaints promptly
Educate members about our products and services to help them meet their financial goals
Work closely with team members and other departments to support overall credit union operations and initiatives
Qualification
Required
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills verbally and written
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and staff
Preferred
Prior cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience preferred
Prior experience working in a financial institution (credit union or bank), in a member facing role helpful
