Sales Development Representative
CW Financial Services LLC is a premier real-estate firm providing solutions to institutional clients in Commercial Real Estate Finance. The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound sales by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
