Responsibilities
Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our ecommerce website
Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online order
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Qualification
Required
A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
