Extract, organize, and validate data from databases to support reporting and business decision-making
Assist with workload management by helping prioritize tasks and optimize resource utilization
Track, analyze, and report on financial performance and key operational metrics
Build dashboards and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Provide ongoing operational support and identify process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Experience with database querying tools such as SQL
