Responsibilities
Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns
Research the taxability of transactions
Assist with sales and use tax audits
Assist with filing Nebraska incentive claims
Reconciliation of sales tax accounts
Other related responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience
Have 2+ years sales and use tax experience is a plus
Have experience with researching sales and use tax issues
Have experience with Avalara, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Have strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Can meet tight deadlines and problem solve independently
Can read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
