Responsibilities
Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and transactional documents
Advise clients through deal execution from inception to closing
Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategy, structuring, and negotiations
Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship building
Qualification
Required
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Strong background in commercial leasing
Comfortable handling matters with increasing autonomy
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a personal client base
Preferred
New York–based or able to work regularly from the NYC office
