Required
High School Diploma or GED, required
Health Care experience, Case Management or related experience, knowledge of Microsoft office products/keyboarding, preferred
Weekend and holiday coverage
Ability to travel between facilities
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Working knowledge of personal computers and ability to learn a variety of software programs
Proficient spelling and grammatical skills
Attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational skills
Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Ability to operate standard office equipment including, but not limited to, a calculator, fax machine, copier, printer and scanner
Ability to successfully maintain effective work relationships
