Responsibilities
Develop standard and custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Power Platform solutions
Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to ensure scalability and efficiency
Develop and implement data integration and migration solutions using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and data gateways
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay updated with the latest features, capabilities, innovations and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in front end or low code business application software development
4+ years of developing applications with Power Platform including Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate
Experience in web and front-end software development techniques and frameworks
Experience with conducting and participating in code reviews
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and SharePoint and how they integrate with Power Platform
Understanding of relational databases and experience with data modeling and design
Experience in SharePoint and MS Dynamics development and migration
Experience/knowledge of web services and API development including custom connectors
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience using tools such as Jira, Navicat, and Azure DevOps
