Manage timelines, deliverables, and owners across departments
Ensure work actually gets completed (not just discussed)
Follow up, unblock, and maintain accountability
Keep leadership informed without pulling them into details
Document and maintain operational workflows in Notion
Create repeatable processes that reduce confusion and rework
Make execution simpler, cleaner, and more consistent over time
Maintain dashboards and weekly reporting cadence
Surface risks early and drive fixes before they become emergencies
Ensure leadership has clarity on what’s on track / off track
Identify manual workflows that should be simplified or automated
Support basic automations using tools like Zapier
Help reduce repetitive admin work across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational execution and project management
Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and owners across departments
Proven track record of ensuring work is completed and maintaining accountability
Experience documenting and maintaining operational workflows in Notion
Ability to create repeatable processes that reduce confusion and rework
Experience maintaining dashboards and weekly reporting cadence
Ability to surface risks early and drive fixes before they become emergencies
Experience identifying manual workflows that should be simplified or automated
Ability to support basic automations using tools like Zapier
Experience in reducing repetitive admin work across the organization
Preferred
Familiarity with AI, Notion, Slack, Zapier, and other modern tools to streamline execution
