Qualification
Required
Ability to speak and understand English
High school diploma or equivalent
2 yrs of professional janitorial/custodial experience in lieu of education requirement
Must be able to pass a level 2 background
Previous experience cleaning large facilities
Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mop, broom and cleaning solutions
Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products, how to clean and treat different types of surfaces
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Does the candidate have reliable transportation?
Minimum 1 yr experience as a custodial or maintenance worker
Knowledge of cleaning products to clean and treat different types of surfaces
Ability to use a housekeeping cart, mop, broom, vacuum, standard cleaning equipment
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK

Commercial building custodial experience
