They are seeking a Leadership Annual Giving Officer who will build meaningful relationships with donors giving $1,000+ annually, focusing on engaging, soliciting, and stewarding these leadership-level donors.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects and donors

Conduct donor visits and outreach to assess interest, capacity, and readiness to give

Engage donors through personalized outreach including email, phone, social media, video, and in-person or virtual meetings

Develop and execute tailored strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts at the $1,000+ level

Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and stewardship colleagues to support integrated donor engagement

Maintain accurate donor records and activity reports in the CRM

Required

Strong communicator who enjoys relationship-based work

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or business development preferred

Comfort using digital engagement tools, social media, and CRM systems

Nonprofit or higher education experience is a plus
