Responsibilities

Develop and implement BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Collaborate with product development teams to understand data needs and create models that support product lifecycle management
Design and maintain data models and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Utilize SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
Create and manage reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, OAS, and OAC for various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and master data management principles
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in business intelligence and data analytics

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and database design
Familiarity with BI tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, OAS, and OAC
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and innovation management principles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
