Design, build, and scale distributed systems that orchestrate thousands of AI agents across diverse business applications
Solve complex challenges in performance, scalability, and security at frontier scale
Qualification
Required
Founding Engineer with a minimum of 5 plus years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
Deep Python and distributed systems expertise
Experience building or working with AI agents or agentic workflows
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous job queues
Proven experience at a fast-moving startup (Seed to Series D)
US work authorization required; sponsorship not available
Preferred
Experience with GPU orchestration
Experience with multi-tenant architectures
Experience with observability systems
