Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger and lead month-end close activities
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements
Reconcile Mortgage Automator with accounting records to ensure complete and accurate loan and servicing data
Configure, maintain, and optimize Mortgage Automator to align with MM Lending workflows
Manage recurring borrower interest payments, cash accounts, and line-of-credit activity
Support automation initiatives, including RPA and workflow enhancements across finance and loan operations
Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for internal teams
Oversee tax information reporting, including 1099 and 1098 compliance
Provide analytical support to asset management and underwriting teams

Preferred
Experience with loan origination or servicing systems preferred; Mortgage Automator experience is a plus
Advanced Excel proficiency: Power BI experience strongly preferred
