Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive digital learning experiences using Articulate and NovoEd
Partner with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to support performance-based learning
Create scenario-based, decision-driven learning interactions
Apply evidence-based learning and multimedia design principles
Prototype, test, and iterate learning solutions based on feedback
Ensure high quality, usability, and learner experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Development
Strong portfolio of interactive or scenario-based learning
Hands-on experience with Articulate, NovoEd, and similar tools
Understanding of how design impacts learning, retention, and performance
Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with AI tools, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or low-code platforms
Graphic design or motion graphics experience
