Linux OS: RHEL, Rocky, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu fundamentals
Security: OpenSSL/PKI/X.509, SELinux troubleshooting
Virtualization: KVM/VMware/Cloud VM provisioning
Web & Identity Services: Apache/Nginx, LDAP/SSSD integration
Networking: NTP, DNS client, firewalld, basic TCP/IP concepts
Storage: LVM, RAID configuration and management
System Management: systemd services, dnf/apt packaging, filesystem hierarchy & permissions, user/group admin
Scripting & Automation: Bash fundamentals
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: journalctl//var/log analysis, monitoring & alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Zabbix)
ITSM: Ticketing/workflow handling (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
