Social Media Specialist/Marketing Assistant
The company is a wine & spirits importer dedicated to quality, tradition, and innovation. They are seeking a Social Media Specialist/Marketing Assistant to enhance their digital efforts and assist in marketing initiatives, requiring creativity and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities
Act as the resident expert on the latest trends and tactics in digital marketing and provide recommendations on programming to achieve goals
Create engaging, relevant, on-brand content for multiple social media communities, both B2C and B2B, develop/gain consensus on monthly brand/corporate editorial calendars, and ensure the efficient deployment across the communities; this role requires a combination of both the individual creating content and working with external resources on content creation
Provide monthly analyses of social media performance and results for specific program initiatives and ad campaigns, with recommendations for improved effectiveness
Identify on-brand influencer/partnership opportunities, and drive implementation of these initiatives
Integrate digital elements into customer and consumer marketing initiatives
Act as facilitator for conversations within brand/corporate social communities to drive engagement and provide support to customers and consumers
Ownership of the development and maintenance of multiple branded/corporate websites, digital brand/corporate assets library, internal brand e-comm platforms, and external distributor and retail account e-comm platforms
Assist with the implementation of national/regional/local marketing initiatives
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives
Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Located in South Florida and able to commute to north Miami-Dade office as required

Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, process direction and distill key data/action items to drive assigned tasks through to completion
Able to manage large amounts of information and multiple priorities
Able to think out of the box to identify creative solutions to business challenges
Strong organization, attention to detail and communication a must
Expert level understanding of social media/digital tools; strong computer skills/MS Office, excellent PowerPoint and basic Excel skills
Fluent English language skills, written and oral
Team player a MUST
Preferred
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Experience in adult beverage industry a plus
Professional manner and ability to interface w/ customers
