Customer Service Representative
ICR Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as a key communicator for internal and external customers. The role involves quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries while ensuring timely responses.
Responsibilities
Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, expectation repairs, and purchase orders efficiently
Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution
Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns
Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient using computer (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Service oriented with friendly demeanor
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
