Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and case analysis
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Perform intake, file review, and document review
Assist with discovery
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Qualification

Litigation experienceOrganizational skillsWriting skillsInsurance defense experience

Required

5+ years of litigation experience
Strong organizational and writing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Insurance defense experience preferred but not required
