Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll through QuickBooks Online with accuracy and confidentiality
Reconcile all bank accounts and loan statements monthly, resolving discrepancies promptly
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, process vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices
Execute the Profit First cash allocation plan and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records
Prepare daily and monthly sales and leadership reports to support decision-making
Create & track the annual budget, presenting updates and insights in monthly leadership meetings
Gather & organize year-end financial documents for CPA tax preparation
Provide comprehensive, accurate financial reporting and insights that support Bevanda's continued growth and stewardship
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
Reporting and cash management
Tech-savvy
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
