The consultant will lead requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end functional support for EAM-related initiatives while coordinating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP modules:
SAP PM
SAP RE-FX
SAP PS
SAP PPM
Provide end-to-end functional support for EAM issues and ensure timely resolution
Lead and prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for:
Workflows
Reports
Interfaces
Enhancements
Forms
Define test scenarios and perform:
Unit Testing
System Testing
Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Conduct post-implementation validation and verification
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for:
Daily operations
Enhancements
Project execution related to EAM
Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior consultants
Track and manage EAM enhancements and support requests
Qualification
Required
12–14 years of overall SAP experience with deep specialization in SAP EAM
Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end EAM business processes
Working knowledge of SAP ABAP (debugging, functional specs, developer coordination)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Infor EAM (Functional)
Exposure to Enterprise Social Software
Experience in digital transformation initiatives
Prior experience in asset-intensive industries (utilities, manufacturing, energy)
