EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT II

Responsibilities
Performs confidential and complex administrative and support services for an executive. Maintains calendar
May perform special assignments such as researching information, compiling materials/reports for meetings, and coordinating special projects and/or events
May monitor financial, budgetary and/or personnel processes
May follow through on patient needs: scheduling appointments, calling in prescriptions, obtaining records, obtaining lab results, etc. Communicate effectively with physicians or other healthcare staff
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three (3) years of related experience
Knowledge of organization policy and procedure
High level of technical skill
Ability to deal with high level contacts inside and outside the institution
Independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are sensitive in nature
Preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology may be preferred in some areas
