Independently lead energy projects from site surveys to system calculations
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
Analyze electrical systems and support energy efficiency initiatives
Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering
2-4 years of facility energy project experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems
Strong knowledge of Central Energy Plants
Strong knowledge of technical communication
Detail-oriented
Client-focused
Adaptable in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to travel (25-40%)
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or higher education energy services
FE/EIT certification
Industry engagement
