Responsibilities
Underwrite and structure construction/CRE deals ranging from $5-$50MM
Report on the assigned portfolio, including asset quality, stress testing, industry and market analysis, asset allocation, reserves, and non-performing loan analysis
Prepare credit reviews to assess asset quality, including performance against original underwriting expectations
Manage relationships with clients in portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree qualified with 6+ years of experience within credit underwriting and commercial banking
Knowledge of construction and commercial real estate products
Proven experience managing pipeline of loans
Strong financial analysis, credit analysis, and risk management
