Systems Administrator/Help Desk
Empower Associates is a growing company seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator/Help Desk Administrator. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and optimize the company's IT systems and network infrastructure while providing technical support to end users.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for end users via email, telephone, remote connection, and in-person
Monitor systems for performance and integrity and proactively address issues
Provision and deploy hardware as needed to support operations and administration, both onsite and remotely
Install, configure, and update software on servers and PCs
Utilize the helpdesk system to manage client support requests
Diagnose and isolate hardware/software problems and coordinate solution response
Coordinate with service and solutions providers to resolve system issues and alter services as directed
Participate in Active Directory and network administration
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional IT experience
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, information technology, or related field
