Responsibilities

Work with Logistics Manager to pull equipment from the warehouse for shipment overseas to support each training event

Develops shipping schedules

Forecast shipping lead times

Coordinating pickup of equipment from warehouse, customs clearance and delivery for overseas training events with Freight Forwarder subcontractors

Coordinating freight forwarders to pick up equipment and return ship it to the warehouse after a shipping event

Supports annual inventory of the warehouse for property reporting (compiles report)

Support Property Management functions such as preparing Lost, Damaged, Destroyed Documents for equipment

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
