Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Manage Agile boards and workflows using Jira and other tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Rally (CA Agile Central), or similar
Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, capacity)
Remove impediments and drive team productivity
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
Provide regular status updates and reporting

Required

Minimum 9+ Years of Experience required
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong experience with Jira and other Agile board tools
Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum frameworks
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Enterprise-level project experience preferred

Preferred

Scrum certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe)
Experience with Confluence
Retail or eCommerce domain experience
