Responsibilities

Observing existing workflows

Analyzing operational data

Assisting with the evaluation and improvement of reporting processes

Working with spreadsheets and developing/refining pivot tables

Explore opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and insights through the use of AI-enabled tools

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Business, Business Analytics, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, or a related field with a strong interest in operational reporting and process improvement)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

AI and technology aptitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A keen interest in real estate, development, and customer care/experience

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player

A positive and can-do attitude

Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Must possess reliable transportation

Willingness to commute to different Communities/Job Sites in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties
