Responsibilities
Problem solving: diagnose failures and develop action plans to fix defects and prevent future ones
Risk management: manage risk to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives
Field data analysis: Review field data to look for trends and issues
Lifecycle asset management: manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations
Responsible for making engineering improvements for facility reliability
Qualification
Required
Expertise troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls problems to identify root cause of failures to prevent recurrence
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
High understanding of industrial manufacturing utility and infrastructure operations including HVAC, compressed air systems, hot water systems, and chilled water systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to coordinate activities between multiple groups, technical, engineering, and production
Ability to work safely on the floor in an industrial production environment. (Includes wearing required PPE)
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Preferred
B.S. preferred or A.S. plus equivalent experience
Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
