AppWorks is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead compliance programs end-to-end and support evolving regulatory requirements. The role involves risk identification, program execution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Drive compliance projects and initiatives through the full project lifecycle

Develop, implement, and manage compliance processes, policies, controls, and metrics

Coordinate and lead risk assessments to identify and prioritize key compliance risks

Analyze compliance metrics and recurring reports to identify trends and effectiveness

Deliver actionable insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

Support program management activities related to compliance issues

Develop and execute compliance training and communication strategies

Translate regulatory, legal, and internal policy obligations into operational controls

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, legal, risk, and operational teams

Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop remediation plans
