Westgate Resorts is a beautiful lakefront resort offering a perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy Central Florida’s attractions. As a Grounds Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the resort grounds and ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work

Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed

Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway

Sweeps curbs and sidewalks

Cleans grounds and removes litter

Empty trash cans in the public area buildings

Empty dumpsters

Operates trash compactor

Empties recycle bins

Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers

Qualification

High school diplomaGEDLift 50lbsStand for long periodsWork outdoors

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid state driving license

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing

Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions

Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts
