Responsibilities

Develop and implement Canadian marketing plans aligned with global strategy

Execute consumer campaigns, shopper marketing, e-commerce initiatives, and in-store activations

Support new product development, packaging design, pricing, and launch execution

Analyze consumer and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D

Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking

Collaborate with agencies on creative development, social media, and point-of-sale materials

Monitor brand performance and prepare reporting for leadership

Support additional priorities and strategic initiatives as assigned

Required

Strong marketing and analytical skills with a proactive approach

Experience in CPG marketing or brand management (2-4 years preferred)

French Canadian is an asset
