Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships

Structuring analyses efficiently to ensure accurate conclusions with an economy of time and effort

Conducting detailed research and strategic analysis on industries and companies

Working collaboratively across a cross-functional project or deal team to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, or coordinate inputs for financial modeling

Working with external counterparties (including companies and external financial, consulting and/or legal advisors)

Developing presentation materials that effectively summarize strategic and financial analysis and key takeaways associated with an opportunity

Writing and delivering communications to executive audiences

Required

Bachelor's Degree or military experience

At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis

At least 1 year of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, hedge funds, transaction valuation, finance, or a combination

Strong financial modeling skills, including work in some or all of the following: Valuation analysis, Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Bank capital measurement / requirement analysis

Prior experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, hedge fund, and/or transaction valuation

Knowledge of financial accounting, capital markets, and valuation concepts

Strong research skills

Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking skills

Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

Demonstrated success with project management, including ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
