Review and validate system integrator's proposed functional and technical design/documentation
Ensure solution aligns with industry best practices and SAP WFS standards
Advice on how to best leverage out-of-the-box capabilities vs. customizations
Advice on shift patterns, time policies, job rotations, and task assignments
Ensure that regulatory, union, or site-specific time rules are properly captured
Recommend ways to optimize job scheduling for workforce efficiency and compliance
Validate design decisions for: Time collection rules, Absence/leave management, Scheduling rules and constraints
Advice on how to design business-friendly processes and screens
Review data mapping and transformation logic from SAP ECC to SAP WFS
Provide advisory input on integration touchpoints with: SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll (e.g., SAP ECP, 3rd party payroll systems), SAP S/4HANA, SSAM
Help provide product support to troubleshoot issues arising during testing
