They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work under the supervision of a Director or Manager, interacting with internal customers across many departments and handling diverse responsibilities in a complex multi-company environment.

Responsibilities

This position is under the supervision of a Director or Manager. This position may also receive assignments from other Finance or Operational leadership, including the Lead Financial Analyst

Significant contact and interaction with internal customers across many departments

Ability to work independently and in a team, establish priorities, meet tight deadlines, and handle diverse responsibilities

Ability to function in a complex multi-company environment

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility, although will train or assist other team members as needed

Required

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Three years' experience in healthcare finance or similar background in healthcare or relevant industry

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and other financial software

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees from all levels within the organization

Proven ability to analyze financial transactions and results, interpret meaning of variances and trends, and perform root cause analysis across operational departments
