Responsibilities

Analyzes complex personal and corporate loan portfolio financial statements for loan risk rating and monitoring purposes on a single loan and relationship basis. Responsible for reviewing risk factors such as contingent liabilities recurring cash flows

Sets up tracking for and monitors the facility for covenant compliance, adequate collateral valuation, verification of structural soundness and identification of any credit weaknesses and reporting of any significant deterioration of borrowing relationship to department managers

Performs $1-3MM Loan Interim Reviews and prepares Loan Packages for Annual Reviews

Prepare and analyze financial spreads and cash flow statements to assess financial performance of the business

Financial spreads and credit packages created to be routinely of high quality, timely within deadlines, and require minimal revision by underwriters

Professionally manages and maintains satisfactory communication with borrowers and co-workers

Trains for and responsible for mastering all advanced credit concepts

Supports other credit-related activities and assists in divisional projects to achieve divisional goals
