Responsibilities
Own full-cycle hiring responsibilities: sourcing & pipeline building, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations
Build-out new hiring processes: job descriptions, interview process, evaluation, closing strategies
Design infrastructure and reporting metrics to scale hiring efforts, increase efficiencies, and make data-driven decisions
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience hiring in a very fast paced environment with a high cultural and technical bar
Experience at tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure or data centers
Extensive stakeholder management experience – partnering with hiring managers, senior leadership, c-suite executives on hiring strategies
Strong problem solving & critical thinking abilities
Ability to navigate a fast-paced and scaling environment, along with evolving demands from the business
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity & interest in navigating ambiguity/building from scratch
Natural inclination to ownership & a strong work ethic
Preferred
Background in recruiting for software & hardware engineering roles especially for very high bar teams
Experience in Datacenter Infrastructure, AI, or other highly competitive talent markets
Exposure to adjacent People / HR topics (compensation bands, leveling frameworks, onboarding)
