Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day production and optimization of email and omni-channel campaigns
Lead a small team of developers tasked with delivering quality outputs within firm deadlines
Build and manage complex automations and journeys within the marketing automation platform
Lead collaboration with brand, product, engineering, and data teams to develop efficient programs
Build, review, and/or approve complex AMPScript and SQL queries used in key journeys
Evaluate and optimize team usage of web-based testing tools
Standardize and document best practices for code quality, QA, and testing
Ensure testing strategies are well-defined, executed, and measured for impact
Own automation calendars, resource allocation, and platform governance
Guide career development and upskilling for team members
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise-level marketing automation platform
Proficient in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of email coding best practices
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles for optimized email experiences
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality deliverables
A proactive self-starter with a passion for leading people and bringing positive energy and innovative thinking to every project
Strong attention to detail and dedication to documentation
2+ years of people management experience
6+ years of email development and/or marketing automations experience
