Responsibilities
Support the FP&A and business unit leadership team tracking financial KPIs
Compile and publish daily, weekly and monthly reports related to order booking, revenue and backlog
Publish and analyze trends on revenue by markets, vertical, customer/ product segment and analyze performance vs targets and previous years
Identify risks and opportunities related to functional operating expenses vs targets or forecast
Co-ordinate with accounting and functional teams on accruals of functional operating expenses
Support preparation of monthly performance review deck with review comments and insights
Support sales teams with providing data and trends for quotes, order booking and/or revenue for sales leaderboard and sales analytics
Calculation of incentives and bonus based on defined incentive and bonus scheme, including sales incentives
Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting process in relation to functional costs and investments of specific departments, HC investments and payroll costs for overall Electronics
Tracking HC investments and costs vs targets, forecast and previous year
Work with business and finance team to ensure capital expenditures reporting is maintained monthly along with support for quarterly reporting of Capex by site, type, etc
Improve processes and system for automation of certain reports and analysis
Provide leadership in their respective area of responsibility by promoting a customer-based culture within Standex Electronics
Performs other duties and oversees projects/assignments as directed by the FP&A Director
Qualification
Required
A BS in a business discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated excellent computer skills (with MS products, Excel, ERP, BI)
Demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team setting
