Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and challenge operational KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are met

Identify performance gaps, deviations, and improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions

Prepare and deliver regular operational performance reports to management and stakeholders

Work closely with operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing , in line with contracts, service delivery, and internal controls

Track billing milestones and follow up on missing or inconsistent operational data impacting invoicing

Support monthly closing activities related to operational and service performance

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes, and dashboards

Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual commitments, and service agreements

Required

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience in operations controlling, performance management, or business controlling

Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and performance monitoring frameworks

Good understanding of invoicing and revenue-related processes

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to challenge data and performance constructively

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; ERP/BI tools are a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
